Every gathering at Hinman is a little different. Our team will work with you to create an experience that fits your occasion, guest count, and vision—from an intimate afternoon gathering to a lively evening celebration.

Bring in your favorite caterer, florist, photographer, or other vendors, or ask our team for local recommendations. With flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, wine service, glassware, setup, and cleanup, we make it easy to create an event that feels entirely your own.

  • Yes! All parties of more than 25 people must use a caterer (food trucks are welcome as well!) Parties of 25 or fewer are permitted to bring in their own food with manager approval.

  • Absolutely! Balloons, flowers, table decor, etc. are a welcome part of your special event. We do not allow glitter or confetti and manager approval is required to affix any decorations to the wall.

  • It depends - if you plan to visit the winery and so a tasting, we offer a 90 minute reservation. Depending on the number of people in your group, there may be a minimum beverage purchase. If you want a private space, or want to use the space after hours or for longer than 90 minutes, renting the space is the way to go.

  • Yes, and yes! Hinman is open to all ages for private events as well as during our public hours. Dogs on a leash are absolutely welcome.
